Bubble tea, tea houses, Asian bakeries and dessert shops in this group are usually walk-in, counter-order businesses with a menu board overhead listing sweetness and ice levels you can adjust when ordering. Standard bubble tea customization includes sugar level (0-100%), ice level, and a choice of toppings like boba pearls, pudding or jelly, usually at a small extra charge. Asian bakeries sell items individually with tongs and a tray, cafeteria-style, rather than pre-boxed, and pastries are typically less sweet than Western bakery items. Lines build up quickly after school and in the evening, especially near colleges. Most of these businesses accept cards and mobile pay and skew younger in clientele and atmosphere.

Savannah is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Savannah is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Georgia's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Kung Fu Tea absolutely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the service was next level. Leona and Kayla were both so warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful—it made the whole experience feel welcoming and easy. They took the time to answer questions, give great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect. The drinks were delicious (as always), but what really stood out was the customer service. You can tell they truly care about the experience they’re giving. Leighyana and Kayla are an incredible and made this visit a 10/10. Highly recommend this location! I’ll definitely be back!

Worst poke experience ever. The place was incredibly hot inside—like a sauna—and the food matched. I got a classic ahi poke bowl and the raw fish was warm, not chilled at all. First bite and it tasted disgusting: sour, off, slimy, almost spoiled with a gross metallic aftertaste. I immediately spit it out and couldn’t eat another bite. Warm raw fish is a huge red flag for food safety. For a poke spot, this is unacceptable. Zero stars if possible—stay far away.

Brown sugar bubble so good! Mango snow and Winter melon green tea is nice and smell good. Milk foam on Honey Oolong green tea not topped off properly.

Amazing tea! I ordered the apple oolong and it was delicious! I got it 30% sweet and it was definitely more like 90% but I think that’s because it has apple juice. I’m going to play around with different combos- the options are endless to create a yummy tea.

Delicious as always! The apple pie slush has graham cracker crumbs in the bottom which gave it a nice texture! Very unique but delicious. I will say one thing though. I was expecting a more natural apple flavor, but it was actually flavored more like green apple candy. The strawberry lemonade with strawberry popping bubbles was likewise delicious. It tasted like liquid candy. We asked for only 70% sweetness and it was still pretty sweet, but not bad at all. Maybe I’ll try 50% next time.
